Down Low (106-132): The bulk of the experience returning for TRS lies in the lowerweights. Senior Justin Murray tied for the team lead in wins last season with 26, and advanced to the Regions after placing 3rd at Districts. Luke Cox returns off a strong freshman season in which he put up a record of 19-9. Senior Jacob Cox, junior Chris Yuro, and sophomores Josh and Errol Bocchino all have varying levels of varsity experience giving South a stable group as some youngsters look to crack the lineup.

In The Middle (138-160): No starters return here, but the Indians are hoping for step-up years from senior Shane Gibson, who wrestled behind Riley Cheong last season, and Andrew Ganun, a sophomore who got seven varsity matches in last season. The rest of this group likely will consist entirely of new faces to the lineup.

Up Top (170-Hwt): Senior Dylan Applegate is the lone returning starter up top and will look to provide veteran leadership to this group. The good news here is the numbers in the upperweights are up compared to where they have been in previous years, leading to good competition and improvement in the room as several battle for potential starting roles in the lineup.

The numbers are up for South which is a good thing, as there are over 40 bodies in the room. This is a young team in terms of experience, but there are several wrestlers here with very good potential. The strength of the lineup does appear down low, but there is a group of seniors in the middle and upper weights that are working hard to make an immediate impact. The schedule is obviously going to tough with the A-South divisional matchups, so the team will look to be competitive while getting better with each outing against tough competition.
